If you apply for a position with us, we process your personal data to review your application. During the application process, we process, besides your personal details, information on education, work experience, and skills, postal and contact addresses, and application-related documents such as cover letters, resumes, references, and certificates. You can, of course, provide additional information voluntarily. This data will be stored, evaluated, processed, or forwarded internally solely for purposes related to your application. They may also be processed for statistical purposes (e.g., reporting), but in this case, no conclusions can be drawn about individual persons. The processing may also occur electronically, especially if you submit your application documents via email or through our online application platform Dualoo. The provision of applicant data marked as mandatory (*) is required to assign your application and contact you regarding your application and to evaluate the success prospects of your application. Mandatory fields include:

If we conclude an employment contract with you, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of handling the employment relationship in compliance with legal requirements. If the application process ends without employment, your application data will be stored for documentation purposes for three months and then deleted, unless you have given us consent to use your data for further application processes and to contact you accordingly.
